The book's cover

This book (in French) offers another way of looking at our projects: no longer as linear processes, but as route maps made of segments, crossroads, rest areas, motorways and emergency exits. It talks about meta-cycles, structural plates, Readiness Levels, collective design, AI governance, digital sobriety and, running underneath, our community of earthly destiny.

Who is it for?

Itinéraires is for those who, within organisations, find themselves where decisions cross:

  • designers (UX, product, service, strategic, research),
  • product owners and product managers,
  • people responsible for AI, data and information systems,
  • leaders of teams, programmes or transformations,
  • and more broadly, anyone who feels that “turnkey” methods are no longer enough and wants to compose their own working frame.

Why a book?

Because I believe in the long view. In ideas you let steep, that you reread after a difficult project, that you annotate and criticise. Because I believe more in lucid action than in permanent reaction: a book lets you lay down a vocabulary, maps and activity sheets that can live in your contexts, at your pace, rather than in the endless flow of a social feed.

Is it free?

Completely. I am after neither glory nor beauty (and I already have love).
More seriously: my ambition is both modest and radical: to contribute, with the means I have, to our common destiny. If you know me a little, this will not surprise you: I prefer systems that are shared to recipes kept to oneself.

If you really want to “make me rich”, give me frank and constructive feedback: point out the blind spots, the contradictions, the passages that are too theoretical or, on the contrary, too operational.
And if the book seems useful to you, tell people about it: your teams, your partners, those who are struggling with impossible projects.
